1. What is my password/access code?
11th Grade - only your 6 digit student ID
OUES & EIS Students: Your 6 digit Student Id with -2018
For your password please add -2018 to the end of your student ID. For example if student ID is 123456 your Password will be 123456-2018
If you have a 5 digit student ID please add a “0” in front to make it six digits. For example for a 5 digit student ID of 44466 you would turn it into 044466-2018
Please note: It is really important that you add -2018 to the end of your student ID. Just the Student ID by itself will not work.
2. Edit & Proofing:

If you wish to have the images edited please choose an edited package.
The general edit includes overall color, contrast adjustments and blemish reduction. It does not include hair edits.
Packages 12-15 will be proofed via email for approval so that you can see the final edit before it is printed. You will have 5 days to request a revision. After the "proofing window (5 days)" expires we will send your order to print and it will be considered final even if we have not heard back from you. You will receive a proofing email within 10 days of placing your order. Please email Trusa@Luce-Photography.com if you do not receive your proofing email.
Edited Packages 1-11 WILL NOT be proofed. They will be edited and sent directly to print.
If you have any concerns please discuss with Trusa@Luce-Photography.com BEFORE placing your order. Please include your name, email, telephone, student's name, student ID, grade and questions in all communication.
Editing is only available via packages and is not available as an a la carte option.
3. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes (Student IDs/Password) at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos.
4. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?
Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
5. Please pay attention to Image Crops
You will be able to crop your images within the shopping cart. Please adjust the crop for EACH PRINT. Your order will be printed to your crop specification. The studio is unable to change the crops once the order has been placed.
6. Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with your password and email address that you used to place your order. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
7. How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered. Average timeframe is 2-3 weeks for unedited orders and 3-6 weeks for edited orders.
OUES orders placed before October 24th will have the option to choose free shipping to your school. After October 24th only the shipping option will be available.
CSHS & EIS have requested that all orders be shipped to your home so school delivery is not available.
8. Is the proof logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The proof watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads. There will be a smaller studio watermark on purchased digital files. This will be placed in a corner and may not be removed.
9. Shipping orders to your home!
We have made efforts to provide you with a low shipping rate.
OUES orders placed before October 24th will have the option to choose free shipping to your school. After October 24th only the shipping option will be available.
CSHS & EIS have requested that all orders be shipped to your home so school delivery is not available.
10. I don't want prints but I would like to purchase all of the individual digital files for my student:
There is an option to purchase either a printable 8x10 digital file ($100/image) or the social media file that is NOT printable ($25/image). Please visit the download section to see options.
Packages 14 & 15 receive FREE digital files of the three poses included in that package. These will be available for download from the gallery when we proof the edits to you.
